"This place was great and as stated cozy. Ideal for couples or single person only. The apartment was also warm, so it made arriving after a day out and about very nice. Everything you need is also close by, great restaurants, bakery, cheese shop, groceries and even an Italian grocery shop. Metro station is close by as well."

"We liked everything. The apartment is cozy and has all the amenities. The apartment is warm, there is hot water, WiFi worked perfectly and stably. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or reheat. Additionally there is a dishwasher and washing machine. The location of the apartment is excellent. The metro is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. There are shops and restaurants nearby. And I would like to tell you separately about the wonderful owner of the apartment. Patrick is a great person. He and I agreed easily and quickly to move in and out of the apartment at a time that was convenient for us. Patrick tried to make our holiday in Paris as good as possible. He recommended wonderful places in Paris that we were delighted with. Our family has a small dog. Patrick treated the animal very kindly and we did not pay anything separately for the dog. También nos mandó mucha información turística de utilidad para nuestra visita a la ciudad. El apartamento es pequeño pero coqueto, suficiente para una pareja ya que principalmente solo ibamos a dormir, aunque para el que quiera cocinar también dispone de todo lo necesario. El barrio es tranquilo y con varias estaciones de metro cercanas para moverse por la ciudad."
